Within the DMS degree, we offer two majors: clinical medicine and medical education. The clinical medicine major offers doctoral-level medical training to our PAs. If you are interested in applying for the general medicine cognate, you must have earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies or equivalent from an ARC-PA accredited program within 9 months of matriculation into the DMS program.
